Exceptional purity and dependable corrosion resistance, engineered for precision performance in chemical processing, electronics, and industrial manufacturing.
Nickel Alloy 200/201
Nickel Alloy 200/201 (UNS N02200 / N02201, 2.4066) are commercially pure nickel grades designed to deliver outstanding corrosion resistance, mechanical stability, and high thermal and electrical conductivity. Their primary difference lies in carbon content: Alloy 200 is best suited to applications below 315°C, while Alloy 201 performs better at elevated temperatures due to its resistance to graphitisation.
Both grades excel in caustic, alkaline, and moderately acidic environments. They resist corrosion in media such as sodium hydroxide, neutral salts, dry gases, and organic acids, making them ideal for chemical and electronic applications requiring material purity and stability. With excellent formability, weldability, and non-magnetic properties, these alloys are widely used in chemical processing, food production, electronics, and aerospace systems.
Their high conductivity and low impurity levels also make them ideal for use in sensitive or high-specification environments where contamination, distortion, or material breakdown cannot be tolerated.
