Bending, Forming & Profiling

Metal bending is the process of shaping metal into a specific form or shape by applying force to it.

There are various methods of metal bending, including press brake bending, roll bending, and rotary draw bending.

Press brake bending involves using a press brake machine to bend the metal between a punch and a die, while roll bending uses rollers to shape the metal.

Rotary draw bending involves using a mandrel to support the metal as it is bent.

Metal bending is commonly used in industries such as construction, manufacturing, and engineering, to produce parts such as pipes, metal sheets, and structural beams. The process is highly precise and can be used to produce a wide range of shapes and forms, making it a versatile solution for many metal fabrication needs.

Metal bending also allows us to achieve specific radius' and certain shapes which are not usually possible as a standard product.

Using the bending and forming method, we are able to produce certain products and sizes, relatively quickly at a relatively low cost.
