While Hastelloy C276 is a widely used corrosion-resistant alloy, there are related grades within the Hastelloy family that offer slight variations in composition and performance to suit specific environments. These variants are engineered to meet different corrosion challenges, temperatures, and fabrication requirements.

Hastelloy C22 (UNS N06022): Offers greater resistance to oxidising acids such as nitric and ferric solutions, used where C276 may fall short in oxidising environments.

Hastelloy C2000 (UNS N06200): A more recent development that improves resistance to both oxidising and reducing agents with enhanced general corrosion protection.

Hastelloy B3 (UNS N10675): Optimised for hydrochloric acid and reducing environments, not recommended for oxidising media.

Hastelloy X (UNS N06002): Focused on high-temperature resistance with oxidation and creep strength, less corrosion resistant than C276.
